Don and Masha Heinz

This post might well be titled "Idaho". When we moved to Hawaii little did we imagine how much Idaho would be in our future. We now have two sons-in-law from Idaho--Arnie from Boise and Eric from Ashton.
And then there is Don and Marsha Heinz. They had a huge impact on our lives in Hawaii, and we had no idea that they came from Rexburg, Idaho. Below is Becca with Don in their living room in Rexburg. Don came to the hospital when Becca was born to help give her a blessing
Don was a good friend and mentor of ours in the Church. He served as our Bishop and then our Stake President. He issued to me several calls to serve.
Marsha and Marilyn are in her dining room. Marsha fixed for us a wonderful lunch. Marsha was an organist. Marilyn was the Chorister and she loved having Marsha play for the choir.
Don Heinz as the head of the Hawaii Sugar Planters Association, helped us professionally. He hired J&M Media to write and create several media productions. We traveled to several islands for HSPA.
The story isn't finished. The Heinz's now have a winter home in Mesa. We will visit with them when we go down there.
